I grew up in Island Lake, IL and started playing soccer at the age of 10. I played club soon after, 4 years varsity for Wauconda High school, and then went on to earn a full scholarship to play division 1 at Murray State University where I also earned a degree in Education. I played one summer with the Chicago Breeze before graduating. I absolutely love the game of soccer and it is something I have invested a large amount of time and energy into throughout my life. I started helping out with youth soccer teams and coaching alongside my dad, who was also my coach and mentor, when I was home from college for summers and continued after I graduated. I took a break when my two girls were little and picked back up coaching when they decided to play a few years ago. I received my USSF grassroots coaching license in 2023 and have been coaching at Hawthorn Woods Elite Soccer Club since then. I believe that there is so much to be gained through playing this sport and the rewards reach far beyond the field for players, coaches, and parents alike. I love the opportunity to work with children and to help create an environment where they feel empowered and challenged to strive for their best both individually and collectively. Helping kids develop as players who work toward personal excellence that then contributes to the team is very important to me as a coach! When I’m not coaching or watching my girls play soccer, I love staying active just about any way I can, being outside in nature, and spending time with my friends and family.

● 4 year varsity starter for Wauconda High school soccer team (4 year all-conference, 2 year all-sectional, 1 year all-state honorable mention, set school record for most goals scored in a career
● 4 year starter for Murray State Racers soccer team (All OVC first team, all freshman team, all tournament team)
