bio
Ted grew up in Glenview, IL, playing just about every youth sport available. This lifelong passion for athletics inspired him to become a physical education teacher, and he has now been teaching elementary P.E. in Highland Park for over 20 years.
Ted’s extensive experience with young children allows him to connect with kids at their level, making soccer both accessible and fun. He focuses on teaching the fundamentals of the game, helping players read situations on the field, and emphasizing teamwork to achieve great results.
In his free time, Ted enjoys spending time with his family, watching his three boys play sports, and—admittedly—picking weeds in his lawn.
